By creating an account or using Kiso (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Kiso is an AI-powered real estate underwriting platform that helps investors analyze rental properties. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate financial analysis, deal scoring, and market comparisons based on information you provide.
Important: Kiso is an analytical tool only. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult qualified professionals before making real estate investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kiso-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Kiso offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the deal data you submit to Kiso. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI processing partners for analysis. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Kiso uses large language models to generate analysis. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any AI output. You assume all risk associated with reliance on AI-generated content.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your submitted data), is owned by Kiso and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KISO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KISO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kiso and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kitsap County, Washington.
